Element Music Festival (EMF) RULES and INFORMATION
Gates open on Thursday August 3rd at 1:00 pm. Gates will close Monday August 7th at 4:00 pm

Saturday August 5 | 10:00 AM – 2:00 AM

Parking will be available and regulated on the Snug Lake site. Location will be dependent upon arrival time. Parking passes must be displayed clearly at all times while on the Snug Lake location
There are parking and camping regulations in place on the site. Depending on when you arrive and which sites have been filled, our parking attendants will be parking vehicles.
Regular parking and camping are included in the ticket price. RV and car camping are in designated areas. Unfortunately this year, there will be no water, waste or electrical hook ups provided for RV/car camping. Please plan accordingly. There is a $100 cdn fee for RV or car camping. (refer to EMF ticketing)
EMF will provide a limited capacity designated family camp area. Please contact Ewandonaldross@gmail.com for info and reservations.
EMF will provide potable water stations throughout the campgrounds.
Yes you can swim in Snug Lake, but EMF will be enforcing a strict no swimming policy from 7:00 PM –
10:00 AM. Please respect our policy & limit your lake visits to daytime hours. Lifeguards will be on duty during swimming hours. Please no soaps or detergents in the lake.
Pets, absolutely no Pets!
We kindly ask that you leave your pets elsewhere. There will be no pets allowed anywhere on the festival grounds or camping areas.
All festival attendees of legal drinking age will be required to provide proper identification upon arrival and issued with a special 19+ wristband ($10.00 Adv cdn fee). There will be alcohol monitors and security on site to enforce these wristbands. Anyone discovered drinking alcohol without a 19+ wristband will be escorted from the site, and have their festival wristband confiscated. EMF will be enforcing a zero tolerance policy for minors and alcohol!
There will be no alcohol sales on site. EMF attendees with the 19+ wrist band will be permitted to have and drink alcohol anywhere on the festival grounds, including inside the concert venue, provided glass is not used.
Please do not bring recreational drugs. Security will be on site. EMF reserves the right to search anyone, anytime, anywhere on festival grounds.
Security and Safety
Security & Safety Personnel strive to protect the well-being of everyone attending EMF. As such, please respect our staff and each other. Security & Safety Personnel are available at all times for the patrons of EMF. Please report any suspicious activity directly to the festival entrance/box office staff. Serious violations of Policies & Protocols may lead to eviction from the festival grounds, or legal action.
EMF will have a trained and accredited First Aid Staff on site. Please make note of the location of the First Aid Station, centrally located near the lake, the stage & the general store. Dehydration is one of the most common causes of trips to the first aid tent. Please drink lots of water and eat food.
Smoking, Fires, & Fireworks
If you are a smoker, extinguish your cigarette butts completely, and dispose of them responsibly. Forest fires happen. Absolutely no fires or fireworks anywhere on the EMF site. No cooking fires, proper camping equipment only.
Please use non-glass cups and bring cans. If you do have any glass on site please store it or dispose of it responsibly.
Garbage & Recycling
Leave the EMF site as clean as when you moved in. If you pack it in, pack it out. Garbage, recycling and composting facilities will be provided. EMF will provide all campers with garbage & recycling bags upon entry to the festival.
May not be permitted.
Wristbands must be worn at all times. If you are found without a wristband, you run the risk of having to pay for your ticket again or being escorted from the festival site. No wooking!
Protect your valuables. Leave them at home or lock them in your vehicle. EMF is not responsible for lost or stolen property.
